Marita Sandstad Næss
Illustrator, artist and graphic designer from Inderøy in Norway.
Marita studied Illustration first at Norways Creative College in Trondheim and then went on to Curtin University in Perth in Australia, where she obtained a degree in the field.
She grew up as someone who loved to draw and eventually chose to study creatively after a year at Stavern Folkehøyskole doing their course Art, Interior and Design. She also learned how to use digital techniques, and now mixes traditional mediums with modern methods to create unique and intricate designs.
The most important part of her both her life and creative journey is her belief and faith in Jesus Christ, and this is something that that reflects through many of her designs.
Marita now creates within the fields of illustration, branding, webdesign, books, editorial design and much more.
